Dani is the Head of Training and Content Development for Bizpsychlabs. She is a multifaceted leader with a diverse background in federal project management, intelligence operations, non-profits, and in the US Army Veteran. Her research and analytical conclusions have influenced Presidential Daily Briefs and senior officials at the Department of Defense.
She led modernization efforts at the National-Geospatial Intelligence Agency, chairing a multi-agency working group and brought together software engineers and analytical teams. Dani deployed to Iraq and served as a counter-terrorism analyst, disrupting terrorist networks in the Middle East. At Team Rubicon, a non-profit serving the veteran community, she advised senior leaders on policy improvements and provided personal coaching to fellow veterans.
During her government service Dani authored an influential white paper on the dynamics of team trust and innovation. She is completing her MS in Organizational Leadership. Dani combines unique insights in human behavior and emotions, military intelligence, technology, and leadership to drive innovation at BizPsych Labs.
