If you use our product and your company’s performance doesn’t improve after six months, we will give you your money back. It is that simple.
To measure coaching effectiveness, we have to consider two essential factors, time and performance indicators. Changes don’t occur overnight, or at least meaningful changes don’t occur overnight; studies show that it takes an average of six months to fully realize the benefits of coaching. So, before we offer your money back, we ask that you use our platform for a minimum of six months.
Second, we need a goal, a fair method for determining whether we have achieved the results promised. In sports, we use points, for us, we use people based key performance indicators or KPIs. During your onboarding process, we will ask for specific KPIs to get a baseline for measuring your progress. These KPIs focus on people and are an essential part of every company's success. If you need support in gathering these metrics, our staff is happy to provide you with the resources to get you started.
The KPIs are:
Employee attrition rate is the percentage of employees who have left an organization over a certain period. It includes those employees who left voluntarily and involuntarily. It is an indication of the capability of an employer to retain employees.
Turnover of top performers, in particular, is harmful and comes at a higher cost. This metric indicates the success of retention efforts and aids planning for talent replacement. It is determined by dividing the number of high performers that left in the past year by the total high performers identified.
This is the amount of money owed to a company by its customers. A company’s ability to collect its debts is an indicator of the quality of the relationship between the employee and the customer. It is a direct reflection of proper management and healthy work culture.
This is the percentage of customers that stopped using your company's product or service during a specific time frame. It demonstrates the strength of a company’s relationship with its customers and employees' ability to focus on customers. This is a reflection of workplace relationships.
These ratings are a way for employees to rate your company’s work environment publicly. Ratings are completed anonymously.
